Additional Disclosures

Insurance Coverage. CFH pays for an industry-standard level of property insurance coverage. The property owner may elect higher coverage limits or additional coverage, with any additional premiums and related costs payable by the owner.

Sale and Lease Termination. The property may be sold at any time, subject to the CFH lease unless that lease is terminated in accordance with its terms, including payment of the applicable termination fee. Termination of the CFH lease does not terminate an existing resident sublease. The owner or purchaser may take the property subject to that sublease and would be responsible for managing it or separately negotiating a lawful termination or buyout with the resident.
