If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Program description: If you opt in, CapFree Homes may send text messages about your inquiries, appointments, requested property information, and our services. Marketing messages require the consent specified by applicable law.

Consent: Providing a telephone number or accepting these Terms does not automatically enroll you in marketing text messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opting out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation message. To resume messages, complete our opt-in process again.
