    • Select investment property
    • Buy direct or sell your property and reduce taxes with a 1031 exchange into one of our homes
    • Contract to close transactional services

  2. Own Investment Property

    • As part of the transaction, you will receive a lease from us for up to 20 years
    • We pay your rent and cover the following expenses and fees: Property Management Fees, Property Taxes, Insurance, Leasing Fees, and Routine Repairs & Maintenance

  3. Sell Your Investment Property

    • Flexibility to terminate the lease at anytime, so you are in control
    • You have 100% ownership of your property
