Jonathan's experience spans more than $30B of closed transactions across private equity, structured credit, real estate, and sports, including a key role in the LP investment in the Timberwolves and Lynx NBA and WNBA teams by Alex Rodriguez and Marc Lore. He was Co-Founder and President of Tiber Capital Group (TCG), a single-family rental company that invested $3B of capital and acquired 9,000 homes, with partners including Starwood Capital Group and Arod Corp. Prior to TCG, Jonathan held roles at Pretium Partners (owner of Progress Residential) and First Key Lending (Cerberus backed). He previously served as Head of Risk for Freddie Mac's $100B portfolio of multifamily loans and securities, and led the structuring of $9B of multifamily MBS/REMICs at Fannie Mae. Earlier in his career, he acquired over $1.5B of commercial real estate in private equity funds at The Carlyle Group and the J.E. Robert Companies/Goldman Sachs venture. Jonathan holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University and an MBA from The George Washington University.

Mr. Hammill started in real estate in 1997 and is the fifth generation in his family to be in the real estate investment business. While at the Staubach Company until 2009, he participated in over $5 billion of sale-leaseback transactions with companies like CVS, Walgreens, and 7-Eleven, helped form both a multifamily and a retail net lease REIT, and developed a net lease brokerage. After Staubach's sale to Jones Lang LaSalle in 2009, he began developing the Capview business model. Starting in 2010, Capview ran multiple investment funds in single-tenant net lease retail properties; its last retail net lease fund was sold to institutional investors in 2018 and taken public on the NYSE in 2020, now listed as NTST. Mr. Hammill has completed roughly $1.2 billion of transactions as Managing Partner at Capview Partners.
Ari serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CapFree Homes. Before joining CFH, Ari was the Controller at Sciens Water, a private equity firm focused on investments in U.S. water infrastructure. Prior to that, he spent nearly five years at Chalkstream Capital, a multi-strategy investment firm, where he led key operational, accounting, investor relations, and compliance initiatives across hedge funds, private equity, fund-of-funds, and other alternative strategies. Ari began his career at KPMG in the asset management tax practice and later contributed to the firm's mergers & acquisitions tax group. He earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) licensed in the state of New York. Outside of work, Ari enjoys playing basketball and tennis, traveling, and spending time outdoors under the Florida sun.
Dave Garland is Managing Partner of Second Century Ventures (SCV), the most active venture fund in real estate technology, where he also leads REACH, the industry's global accelerator program backed by the National Association of Realtors®. A practitioner as well as an investor, Dave has acquired, owned, and managed portfolios of single-family, commercial, and development real estate across the U.S., and co-founded the Foundation for Innovation in Real Estate. With more than two decades of startup, strategic investment, advisory, and board experience across public and private real estate and financial firms, he leads teams across the US, Canada, Latin America, the UK, the Middle East, and Australia from the San Francisco Bay Area. Dave holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Oxford University, and the Melbourne Business School.
Jose Moré is a founding Partner of A-Rod Corp and Newport Property Construction. He has been involved in all aspects of A-Rod Corp's growth since inception. As President and CEO of Newport, Jose oversees planning and development across multifamily, high-end residential, mixed-use, and other real estate assets. He has supervised and managed the development of more than 15 million square feet of real estate assets for A-Rod Corp. Jose was Co-COO at Tiber Capital Group, an SFR firm that acquired 9,000 homes. Jose earned his B.S. degree in Construction Management from Florida International University.
Jose Gomez is a founding Partner at A-Rod Corp and Newport Property Construction. As Co-CEO of Newport, he oversees the firm's financial and business operations. He has supervised and managed the repositioning of more than 16,000 multifamily housing units throughout the Southeast U.S. With deep expertise in construction management, Jose forges Newport's strategic relationships with private equity funds, REITs, and corporate clients. Previously, Jose was Co-COO of Tiber Capital Group, an SFR firm that acquired 9,000 homes where he led all aspects of renovations.
Anj Murphy brings 15 years of experience specializing in off-market sourcing and transaction management in the single-family rental (SFR) sector having led sourcing and transactions on over $1 billion of homes. Prior to CapFree, Anj was COO of Zorba, Inc, a prop tech firm that leveraged its proprietary single family rental owner data with its transactional marketplace. Prior to Zorba, Anj was Director of off-market SFR Sourcing at Roofstock. Previously, Anj was Head of Sales and Transactions at Tiber Capital Group, where she created and led their off-market program, as well as overall sourcing and transaction management for the firm. Tiber was an SFR firm that acquired $3B of SFR with partners Starwood Capital Group and A-Rod Corp and had one of the most successful off-market programs in institutional SFR. Anj earned her bachelor's degree from Ohio University.
Peter Murphy brings extensive experience in both single-family and build-to-rent real estate acquisitions. As Vice President of Acquisitions, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisition opportunities across CapFree Homes' growing portfolio, as well as monitoring portfolio performance. Prior to joining CapFree Homes, Peter held acquisitions roles at Bridge Tower Homes and Tiber Capital Group, where he contributed to the acquisition of over $1B in SFR and BTR. His background spans the full acquisitions lifecycle, from deal sourcing and underwriting to contract execution and market analysis. Peter holds a B.B.A. in Business Management and a B.A. in World Languages from Southern Methodist University. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and travel.
Alec is the VP of Sales at CapFree Homes, where he supports all sales activity for the company's single-tenant net-leased investment platform in the single-family rental sector. He is responsible for leading deal generation, managing transactions from start to finish, and providing hands-on support to investors throughout the acquisition process. Alec began his career in commercial real estate brokerage in 2017 at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in private party investment sales. He later joined Horvath & Tremblay, one of the nation's leading net-leased brokerage firms, further honing his expertise in income-producing assets. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed more than $200M in real estate transactions. He earned his bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida in 2016 and was raised in Miami, Florida. Outside of the office, Alec is passionate about tennis, hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Eileen Sakolsky joined CapFree Homes in 2024. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with brokerages and financial institutions nationwide. As Senior Sales Manager, she has transacted $20M worth of net-lease single-family homes, built a database of 52,000 investors and brokers nationwide, and plays a key role in maintaining client and investor relations. Prior to joining CFH, Eileen was an associate at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in multifamily sales in Miami Beach, where she focused on short-term rentals and redevelopment, brokering deals between $1M and $12M. She graduated from Lynn University with a B.S. in Political Science. In her free time, she enjoys dinner parties with her friends and spending time with her family.
Josh is an acquisition associate at CapFree Homes. He brings a solid background in real estate and capital markets, with hands-on experience in underwriting and due diligence across a wide range of real estate transactions. Josh earned his master's in Real Estate Finance from NYU and began his career in New York as a Capital Markets Analyst, focusing on debt and structured finance. A Miami native, he has since returned home, where he continues to grow his career. Outside of work, Josh enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and reading.
Before his time at CapFree Homes, David oversaw the private equity investment portfolio at Integral Finance, a boutique family office in Switzerland, where he focused on strategic implementation and operational excellence, working closely with executives and investors. Before Integral, David was on the deal team at Constellation Capital, where he conducted end-to-end investment analyses for lower-middle-market buyout deals within the Swiss, German, and Austrian markets. He played a key role in the establishment and successful closing of a CHF 30M buyout fund by supporting all aspects of the fund launch process. David began his career in Switzerland, where he studied Finance and International Management at United International Business Schools' Zurich campus. Over his career, he gained an appreciation for the operational improvements and governance initiatives he plans to continue at CapFree Homes.
